June Favorites

I can’t believe it’s almost the end of the month! It seems like this year has just flown by, and I am so happy that summer is here and in full swing. Today I’m going to talk about a few products I’ve been loving over the past month.

The first product I’ve been loving for the month of June is the Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer. I got the lightest shade without even paying attention, and surprisingly, it is way too light even for a highlight shade. So I do have to mix it with another concealer to get the right shade, but this concealer is so GOOD. I am waaaayyy behind on this bandwagon, and I am so happy I finally jumped on it. It is a little bit pricey, but (spoiler alert) I had to replace a concealer that is not cruelty free. This had such great reviews, and so many concealers at the drugstore are from companies that test on animals. I would absolutely recommend.

Another product I have been absolutely obsessed with this month is my Foreo Luna Play. I don’t have the full-sized Foreo, but this tiny thing is almost $40, and that almost broke the bank. I think I got this last fall, but I haven’t used it a lot. If I’m being honest I think I have been slacking on skin care. However, since it’s now summer and my skin is now bare more often than not, I have been taking pretty good care of my skin. I really love the way this feels on the skin, and I love that it makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. I haven’t had many problems with breakouts since I started using this, and I really do think it helps keep the skin clean. If you can stand to splurge on something like this, go grab one now.

Another skin care product I can’t get enough of is the Catastrophe Cosmetic mask by LUSH. I find the scents of many LUSH masks abhorrent. I can’t stand them, and people tell me they work really well. But I can’t get past the smell. This one straight up smells like blueberries. So first of all, YUMM. Second of all, this mask is supposed to help fight breakouts, and I absolutely think it helped fight breakouts. It does have to be refrigerated, but that’s not a huge downside, especially since the product is so stinking good.

Another super hyped up product I’ve been loving this month is the Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer. I’ve had this for about a year now, and it’s starting to look like I’m about to see some pan. First of all, the smell is fantastic. It smells like coconuts and summer and maybe even a little bit like sunscreen. It’s so easy to blend, so natural looking, and so stinking beautiful. Go buy it. I’ll wait…

My last favorite for the month is kind of broad, but I’ve been really loving LUSH bath bombs this month. I have been taking lots of baths, and I have been loving bath bombs. They smell fantastic, feel fantastic, and really make my baths feel calming and relaxing. So go take yourself to LUSH and buy a bucket full.

That’s all for this month, but be sure to check in next month. Thanks for stopping by, and be sure to let me know in the comments what you’ve been loving this month!

Much love,
